Tear off the top of the pouch along the opening, leaving the pouch resealable. Remove the bracelet and place it on your wrist or ankle. Keep the pouch! After use, place the bracelet back in the pouch and close it. Properly resealed, the bracelet will retain the fragrance of the 100% natural essential oils for longer.
